Common questions

My team already uses ChatGPT. Why do we need training?

Casual use and professional fluency are different skills. Our diagnostic consistently shows wide gaps between confidence and capability — especially in assessing AI output and using it safely with company data. The programmes close that gap with structured, assessed practice.

Are programmes held online or face-to-face?

Both formats are available. Hands-on cohort sessions work best in person or in live virtual classrooms with breakout mentoring — we agree the format with you when scheduling.

Are sessions lecture-based or hands-on?

Hands-on by design. You bring your own real work — a job description, a campaign, a sales pipeline — and leave with AI applied to it.

Will a certificate be issued?

Yes, a certificate of completion is issued on completing a programme with at least 75% attendance. Tier 2 includes a practical assessment against a competency rubric.
